Silicone injection is typically used to make parts or products that have high requirements of appearance, can exhibit distinctive characteristics of the products.
All parts of mold are subjected to dimension measuring test, only qualified parts will be allowed to go to downstream processes. After the completion of mold production, the size of the molded product will be measured prior to trial production. For each time, the mass production will be taken place only after the products meet all the testing requirements. The original sample of products molded each time will be kept for 3 years, facilitating the traceability of the product quality.
